How Can I cancel a Trade?

Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel a Trade

  1. Login to Your Account

    • Open the CSAlpha mobile app on your device.
    • Enter your username and password.
    • Click on the "Login" button.
  2. Access Securities Trading

    • Once logged in, navigate to the main dashboard.
    • Click on the "Securities Trading" option.
  3. Navigate to Trade History

    • On the left-hand menu, click on "Trade History."
  4. Review Trade Status

    • The trade history page will display all your trades with their current statuses:
      • Executed Trades: These are trades that have been matched and completed successfully. They have been added to your portfolio.
      • Pending Trades: These are trades that have not yet been matched and executed.
      • Rejected Trades: These are trades that do not meet some market rules or cannot be matched. Note that a rejected trade does not mean it is canceled. If left rejected, it can still be executed on the next market day.
  5. Cancel a Trade

    • To cancel a trade, find the pending or rejected trade you wish to cancel.
    • Click on the "Cancel" button located on the right side of the trade entry.
    • Confirm the cancellation
