How To Recover Your Password

To Recover User ID

 User must know their username or user ID

Step 1: Access the web, iOS or Android application.

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"

• This redirects the user to a page requesting for the user's email

Step 3: Enter your Email

• Enter your email and click submit
• This generates a list of all accounts connected to that email

Step 4: Click to select the relevant User ID

One Time Password (OTP) is a system generated 6-digitigit number that serves as a single use authorization code.

• Check your emails for an email from no-reply@cardinalstone.com titled "OTP Notification"
• Enter the OTP and click "Confirm OTP"

Step 4: Enter the OTP

• Enter the OTP and click "Confirm OTP"

Step 5: Reset Password

• Enter desired password twice - once in the "password" input box, and again in the "confirm password" input box
• Submit your new password
