How can I redeem?

Important Note

Currently, automatic redemption through the app is not available. To redeem your funds, please send an email to mutualfunds@cardinalstone.com with your redemption instructions. We will update this platform once automatic redemption is enabled.

To redeem your mutual funds, please follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Login to Your Account

   • Open the CSAlpha mobile app on your device.
   • Enter your username and password.
   • Click on the "Login" button.

2. Select Mutual Funds

   • Once logged in, navigate to the main dashboard.
   • Click on the "Mutual Funds" option.

3. Choose Funds for Redemption

   • Select the fund you wish to redeem from.
   • Choose your redemption method, either by unit or amount.
   • Enter the details of your redemption on the redemption form. The maximum allowable amount is displayed below the redemption amount form.

4. Select Bank for Redemption

   • Select the registered bank you would like to redeem to from the dropdown menu.
   • If no banks are listed in the dropdown, click on the provided link to add a bank.

5. Complete Redemption

   • Click on the "Redeem" button.
   • An OTP (One-Time Password) code will be sent to your registered email address.
   • Enter the OTP code in the provided field.
   • Click “Proceed” to complete the redemption process.
   • Your bank account will be credited within 24 hours.

• If you do not receive the OTP code, please check your email's spam/junk folder or request a new OTP.
