CS Alpha users can login using their User ID or Username on the web application, or their biometrics on the mobile application.
What is a User ID?
Your user ID is a four-digit number assigned to you when your account was created. It is sometimes called "Customer ID".
All CardinalStone clients have one user ID across all their business involvements. For example, a mutual funds and securities trading client can access both accounts in a singular dashboard using his/her User ID.

What is a Username?
A username can be created in the more section of the CS Alpha application. To create a username, please follow the instructions in this article How To Create A Username

Step 2: Enter User ID or Username
Step 3: Enter your password
