Your KYC "Know your customer" information are details that are required of you at the point of account opening. These details are required by bodies that regulate our business as an organization an ensure that your funds are safe with us.
If your KYC information is expired or outdated, you may be required to update them from time to time. If you want to update your KYC information, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "More" section
- There is a “KYC update” page which can be filled and saved to update changes.
- For documents, tick the name of the document to be updated e.g. “Signature Specimen” and a field for the upload will be displayed underneath.
- Ensure all uploads are within size limit of 50kB.
- Please ensure the “Update KYC” button is clicked once all relevant fields have been completed.
