Creating a virtual account allows you to reserve an account number and account name in the format “CardinalStone/CustomerName.” Any money transferred to this virtual account will be reflected in your CardinalStone Wallet.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Application

1. Login to Your Account
   • Open the CSAlpha mobile app on your device.
   • Enter your username and password.
   • Click on the "Login" button.

Step 2: Navigate to the Virtual Account Section

1. Go to the “More” Section

   • From the main dashboard, navigate to the “More” section.

2. Apply for a Virtual Account

   • In the “More” section, select the option to apply for a virtual account.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application.

Eligibility

• KYC Compliance: This product is only available to clients who are compliant with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Additional Information

• Once created, your virtual account will have an account number and account name in the format “CardinalStone/CustomerName.”
• Any funds transferred to this account will automatically reflect in your CardinalStone Wallet.
